The hotel is definitely on the pricier side, but the rooms are nice and cozy, making it a pleasant stay overall. The bath could use some updating as it's starting to look a bit dingy. The location is convenient, being close to downtown Anchorage, but the initial impression from the day shift staff wasn't the friendliest. Dining options were okay, nothing extraordinary, and the service was not as polite as expected.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms could use a deep clean, but the staff was very accommodating, and the bed was comfortable. The service was friendly, though there were some limitations. The location was convenient and ideal for my activities in Anchorage, despite occasional encounters with sketchy individuals. While the dining options were not the best, the hotel offered some sweet products. The facilities were adequate for my needs, and the price was reasonable.
